I Know What Burnout Feels Like.
On the outside, I looked capable. Productive. Successful.
On the inside, I was running on fumes.
Snapping at people I cared about.
Skipping workouts because I was “too tired.”
Emotionally eating to take the edge off.
Living in brain fog.
Constant fatigue.
Successful on paper, but internally chaotic.
I was moving fast. Achieving. Performing.
But I wasn’t calm.
And I wasn’t consistent.
I reached a point where I couldn’t sustain that pace anymore.
So I rebuilt.
Not with extremes.
Not with another punishing plan.
But with structure. With standards. With systems that worked on low-energy days.
I learned how to regulate stress instead of react to it.
How to train without burning out.
How to stay consistent without obsession.
And everything changed.
Now I teach ambitious women how to do the same.
Not to slow down their ambition.
But to stay calm and consistent no matter what.
